Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for training courses, digital products, and consultancy services.

v1.1 Last updated: April 13, 2026
Language

At Kevron Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, consultancy, and professional services to all clients and delegates. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled.

1. Course Registration and Payment

Full payment must be made before the commencement of any training programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kevron Group. A booking or registration will only be regarded as confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Kevron Group.

2. Cancellation by the Delegate or Client

Where a delegate or client wishes to cancel a confirmed training registration, the following terms shall apply:

More than 14 days before the course start date
A refund may be issued, less a 10% administrative charge to cover processing and booking costs.

Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date
A refund of 50% of the course fee may be issued.

Less than 7 days before the course start date
No refund will be issued. However, Kevron Group may, at its discretion, allow the registration to be transferred to a future course date or substituted with another delegate from the same organisation, subject to prior written approval.

3. Transfer of Registration

Requests to transfer a booking to another course date or to another delegate must be made in writing and are subject to availability, course suitability, and Kevron Group’s approval. Any approved transfer must be completed before the original course start date.

Kevron Group reserves the right to refuse transfer requests where the request is made too close to the course date, where the substitute delegate does not meet course requirements, or where the course has already commenced.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Kevron Group

Kevron Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course, programme, or service due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, operational reasons, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where this occurs, affected delegates or clients will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable and will be offered one of the following options:

  • transfer to an alternative course date at no additional cost; or
  • a full refund of fees already paid for the affected course.

Kevron Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other third-party costs.

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email, stating the delegate’s name, course title, course date, reason for the request, and proof of payment where required.

Once approved, refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed or prevented by banking or payment processing delays.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • administrative charges;
  • downloadable or accessed digital materials;
  • training materials already issued or shipped;
  • consumed services;
  • completed training sessions or partially attended programmes;
  • third-party certification or examination registration fees already paid on the delegate’s behalf.

7. Consultancy and Other Services

For consultancy, inspections, audits, documentation, media, digital, or other non-training services, refund terms may differ depending on the nature of the service and the agreement signed with the client. Where a separate contract, proposal, service agreement, or invoice terms apply, those terms shall take precedence over this policy.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Kevron Group may, at its sole discretion, consider refund, transfer, or credit requests outside the standard terms where exceptional circumstances apply. Supporting evidence may be requested.

Approval of any exception shall be entirely at Kevron Group’s discretion and shall not create a precedent for future cases.
