Initial Certification Audit
Comprehensive stage 1 & stage 2 assessment by accredited certification body covering all management system requirements.
Surveillance Audit 1
Annual check of selected clauses and ongoing process effectiveness. Opportunity to demonstrate continual improvement.
Surveillance Audit 2
Second annual review covering remaining clauses. All nonconformities from previous audits verified as closed.
Recertification Audit
Full system re-assessment at end of 3-year cycle. Certificate renewed for another 3 years upon successful completion.
